The floating duty on Russian grain exports has been in effect since June 2, 2021. The Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for determining the duty amounts on a weekly basis, with the calculated fees published on the ministry's website. Initially, these duties were calculated in dollars until July 1, 2022, when they were converted to rubles. The duty is set at 70% of the difference between the base price and the indicative price.
