Alliance Laundry Systems Targets ASEAN Expansion with ‘Seed Store’ Model

Bangkok: Alliance Laundry Systems has unveiled an ambitious plan to expand its laundromat business across the ASEAN region by 2025, leveraging the 'Seed Store' model to open 300 new branches and capture approximately 70% of the market share. The expansion targets Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Cambodia (VIP+), with Thailand positioned as a hub for regional innovation.
