ลอนดอน, June 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ดัชนี Global Business Complexity Index (GBCI) ซึ่ง TMF Group เปิดตัวเมื่อไม่นานนี้ วิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจของ 79 เขตอำนาจศาล คิดเป็น 94% ของ GDP ของโลก ดัชนีดังกล่าวยังจัดอันดับตามตัวบ่งชี้ความซับซ้อนของธุรกิจกว่า 250 รายการ โดยเขตอำนาจศาลที่อยู่ในอันดับที่ 1 ถือว่ามีความซับซ้อนมากที่สุด และเขตอำนาจศาลที่อยู่ในอันดับที่ 79 ถือว่ามีความซับซ้อนน้อยที่สุด ในบรรดาเขตอำนาจศาล 10 แห่งของโลกที่มีความซับซ้อนน้อยที่สุดในการทำธุรกิจ เขตบริหารพิเศษฮ่องกงฮ่องกง (Hong Kong SAR) ยังคงจัดเป็นเขตอำนาจศาลที่ดำเนินธุรกิจง่ายในอันดับ 4 นับเป็นปีที่สองติดต่อกัน เขตอำนาจศาลนี้มีสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจที่เอื้ออำนวย โดยโดดเด่นด้วยระบบภาษีที่ตรงไปตรงมาและต่ำ ซึ่งดึงดูดต่อธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ นอกจากนี้ นิวซีแลนด์ยังอยู่ในเขตอำนาจศาล 10 แห่งที่ง่ายที่สุดในโลก และยังคงรักษาชื่อเสียงในฐานะสถานที่ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างตรงไปตรงมา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลมาจากแนวทางเชิงรุกของรัฐบาลในการต้อนรับการลงทุนจากต่างชาติและกระบวนการบริหารจัดการที่คล่องตัว ในขณะเดียวกันความซับซ้อนทางธุรกิจในอินเดีย (อันดับที่ 18) ส่วนใหญ่ถูกขับเคลื่อนจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎข้อบังคับเมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ ตามรายงาน GBCI ของปีนี้ […]
