Thirty-nine Vietnamese agriculture trainees on August 29 attended a ceremony marking their graduation from a refresher course of Israel’s Agrostudies international training centre in Kfar Silver village. The 10-month refresher course also engaged more than 400 students from other countries, including Laos, Cambodia, the Philippines, Zambia, and Tanzania.
