A delegation from Vietnam’s Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), led by Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra, on July 17 had working sessions with the National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI) and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in the Republic of Korea (RoK), with discussions focusing on personnel training and development in the public sector as well as smart city management. On July 16, the Vietnamese officials worked with the Korean Ministry of Personnel Management and the Seoul Metropolitan Government on issues related to smart cities.
