Many mountainous districts in the central province of Thanh Hoa are investing heavily in infrastructure to promote socio-economic growth, thereby giving local residents conditions to develop livelihoods and escape from poverty. In the period from 2021-2025, Thanh Hoa province allocates 884 billion VND for infrastructure development in its five border districts.
