The PetroVietnam Power Corporation (PV Power) produced 8.574 billion kWh of electricity in the first six months of 2004, reaching 98% of the plan set by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) and increasing 3% over the same period). The corporation recorded a total revenue estimated at 16.17 trillion VND (over 635.6 million USD), contributing 325.4 billion VND (12.796 million USD) to the State budget.
