Party General Secretary, President To Lam and his spouse chaired a program celebrating the 79th anniversary of Vietnam National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2024) in Hanoi on August 29. The program saw the attendance of former Party, State leaders, heads of ministries, departments, central agencies, Hanoi city and ambassadors, chargé d’affaires, and heads of international organisations in Hanoi.
