Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Regional Coordinating Council for the Southeastern region, chaired the third conference of the council on May 05 morning in Tay Ninh province. The council is one of four regional coordinating councils, promoting development in the southeastern region including HCM City, Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau provinces.
