Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a conference outlining the Bac Ninh province's 2021-2030 provincial plan and investment promotion initiatives on September 22, as part of the PM's activities in the northern province. At the conference, ground-breaking ceremonies were held for a social housing project in Que Vo urban area and the Ken Vang bridge connecting Bac Ninh and Hai Duong province.
