Nine new cases of Covid-19 were recorded nationwide over the past 24 hours, according to the National Taskforce Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.
The new Covid-19 cases included six local transmissions in Vientiane, and three imported cases including two in Savannakhet and one in Champassak.
Laos has logged 2,076 Covid-19 cases so far including 1,960 recoveries, 112 active cases and three deaths. Six Covid-19 patients were discharged from hospital today.
