The Quang Binh International Marathon 2024 took place in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh province on July 28 with the participation of more than 3,000 national and international runners. Participants ran in four categories of 5, 10, 21 and 42 km. The event was jointly organised by the Quang Binh Department of Culture and Sport and Bolt Event Joint Stock Company, aiming to promote the local tourism industry and create a safe and high-quality playground for both local and foreign athletes. The marathon is one of the activities marking the 420th anniversary of Quang Binh province’s establishment (1604 – 2024).
