Seoul: President Thongloun Sisoulith of the Lao People's Democratic Republic will undertake an official visit to the Republic of Korea from 14-15 December 2025 at the invitation of President Lee Jae-myung.
According to Lao News Agency, President Thongloun will be accompanied by his spouse and a high-level delegation. The visit aims to strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation, building on the longstanding partnership between the two countries.
The trip also marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Lao PDR and the Republic of Korea, first established on 25 October 1995.
