Impressive results were made in agricultural product export activities in the first five months of 2024, with the total turnover estimated at 15.18 billion USD, up 22% over the same period in 2023. The figure accounting for 9.68% of the total export turnover of the country. Export staples recording year-on-year growth rates of double digits included coffee with 43.9%; rice 38.2%; vegetables and fruits 28.2%; tea 20.1%; pepper 19.7%. and cashew nut 19.3%.
