Hanoi: The 2025 Hanoi Tourism Gift Festival is set to take place next month at Tran Nhan Tong pedestrian street and surrounding areas in Hai Ba Trung district from April 11-13. The event is themed "Hanoi Tourism - A World Heritage Destination," and will feature 80 booths showcasing the capital city's heritage and tourist sites, traditional craft villages, unique tourism gifts, and cuisine from across the country.
According to Lao News Agency, the festival will also include promotional activities and events aimed at introducing tourism and traditional culture to visitors. The annual festival seeks to boost tourism and promote Hanoi as a "Safe - Friendly - Quality - Attractive" destination, encapsulated in the message "Hanoi - Come to Love."
The festival provides an opportunity to enhance collaboration between state management agencies, associations, craft villages, craft streets, tourism businesses, artisans, and individuals involved in the tourism product supply chain both in the city and nationwide.
This year's festival also commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the Reunification of the nation, and aligns with the Visit Vietnam Year 2025 themed "Hue - Ancient Capital, New Opportunities."
