Vientiane:Pham Gia Tuc, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam, has arrived in Vientiane, Laos, for an official visit. His arrival at Wattay International Airport took place on September 21, 2026.



According to Lao News Agency, Pham Gia Tuc was greeted by Dr. Kheugkham Keonouchanh, Deputy Minister and Deputy Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, along with other officials and representatives from both Laos and Vietnam.



The visit, made at the invitation of Saleumxay Kommasith, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of Laos, aims to enhance the friendship, solidarity, and strategic partnership between the two countries. It also seeks to promote deeper and more effective bilateral cooperation in the future.
