According to Lao News Agency, the statement emphasized the need for restraint and urged both Cambodia and Thailand to resolve their differences through peaceful means. The Lao PDR highlighted its position as an immediate neighbor, sharing borders with both nations, and stressed the importance of maintaining stability and good relations in the region.
