Seoul: At the invitation of Mr. Sergei Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Lao Foreign Minister Mr. Thongsavanh Phomvihane will lead a delegation to pay an official visit to Russia from June 24-27, 2025.
