A signing and groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a primary school in Kan village, Xamneua district, Huaphan province was held recently.
A five-classroom building, equipped with all facility, has been granted by the Korea-Laos Friendship Association, amounting to US$67,000. The construction work scheduled to start October and completed on February 2024.
So far, Korea-Laos Friendship Association granted financial support for construction of two primary schools in Houayla village, Sangthong district, Vientiane, and a kindergarten in Xienglaena village, Park Ngum district, Vientiane.
